Author Guidelines

The final submission template and style guide will be released before the Author Desk opens.

Language and files

Peer-reviewed manuscripts are submitted in English. Authors will upload an anonymised manuscript and a separate title page containing author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs and correspondence details.

Metadata

Title & abstractAccurate title and scholarly abstract in English.

KeywordsNormally 5–7.

Contributor dataName, affiliation, country and authenticated ORCID where available.

DeclarationsFunding, conflicts of interest, originality and AI disclosure.

Citations

Footnotes will be used. The final style is intended to be based on OSCOLA adapted to EU, comparative and civil-law sources.
