The hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical connection data and server logs, such as IP address, request time, requested resource and browser information, for operation, security and troubleshooting. If you contact EMDPLR by e-mail, the information contained in your message is processed to manage the correspondence.
Interactive editorial services
Before the Author Desk, Reviewer Desk, accounts or newsletter are activated, EMDPLR will publish role-specific notices covering account data, manuscript data, peer-review records, retention, recipients, legal bases, security and data-subject rights.

Controller / publisher details
The proprietor/publisher and corresponding privacy-role information will be completed when the legal publishing structure is formally determined. This launch-stage notice must therefore be reviewed before the first publication and before any account-based processing starts.
